The WaterProtect partners will have their meeting at the same time and place, and as you can see in the program we will have joint sessions Wednesday evening and Thursday morning.

The meeting will take place at Dronninglund castle (http://www.dronninglund-slot.dk/), however, there is not room for all of us at the castle and therefore most of us will sleep at the nearby Dronninglund hotel (https://www.dronninglundhotel.dk/uk/). Transport is arranged between the castle and the hotel.

It is your own responsibility to get to the hotel/castle at arrival (the only way is by taxi, 30 km), however, after the event we have arranged two departures to Aalborg Airport. The first departure is at 1:30 pm and is primarily intended for WaterProtect partners, as their meeting ends before the FAIRWAY meeting. The second departure is at 3:30 pm and is primarily for FAIRWAY partners.

When you register for the meeting we ask about your travel information (flight number, arrival date/time and departure date/time). If you don’t have it at the time of registration please send the information to Therese K. Mukendi (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) later on.

If you arrive the 19 June 2018 and you need accommodation and dinner please indicate it during the registration.

The 19 June 2018 from 16:00 – 21:00 a meeting room is booked at the castle, so partners who arrive early have the possibility to meet and discuss specific WP’s, tasks etc. You should arrange this with WP leaders, task leaders, etc.

For FAIRWAY partners the price for the meeting (20 – 22 June 2018) is 3500 Dkkr (+448 Dkkr for the dinner Thursday). Additionally, you have the possibility to select extra services if you arrive early (see prices in the registration link).
